CT ARTS/CULTURE ORGANIZATIONS GAIN 20 APPRENTICES FOR THE SUMMER OF 2020

Since December 2019, we've led Connecticut Office of the Arts' Arts Workforce Initiative. This paid internship program connects Connecticut college students and emerging creative professionals with not-for-profit arts and cultural organizations throughout the state. Through our services, we've: provided operations support to select interns as well as the organizations; review all applications; conduct interviews with prospective interns; coordinate and execute the the deliberation process; set up introductions between organizations and their new staff members; organize/lead a virtual orientation for selected apprentices and organizations.
