The wintertime can be detrimental for mental health, and with many of us social distancing, experts are concerned about our collective mental health.

❤️Build routines and stick to them

❤️Make time to virtually connect with your loved ones

❤️Get your vitamin D through foods, because the sun isn't out as much

❤️Prioritize time for breaks

❤️Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
